I have been rehabbing houses for over 10 years now and I enjoy what I do. It is a very satisfying experience to take a house that is falling apart or hasn’t been taken care of for whatever reason and bring new life into it. Taking an ugly house and making it a beautiful home can be a transformational experience. For many people purchasing a home is the biggest investment they will ever make and adding value and affordable housing to the market place is an exciting and rewarding experience. I love the challenge each house presents and the opportunity to do something different to bring out the character of each home. I enjoy the creativity involved with renovating houses and putting in those wow factors that just make people fall in love with the home. It’s truly a blessing to be able to have this opportunity and I’m thankful the all the time and experiences I have had. I want to continue to build on my experiences and look forward to the opportunity to share my knowledge and ideas with others who desire to enter into this world of real estate investing. In this business you can build your dreams while at the same time building other dreams. So make a difference and start your next rehab with a renewed mindset.
