We have been investing in real estate for many years now, and we have seen it all…the good , the bad, and the ugly. We have seen many investors with dreams of financial independence or quitting their jobs to work for themselves get frustrated and quit because they didn’t have the support they needed to fulfill their dreams.

They were dedicated, hard working, and invested heavily in their education, sometimes spending as much as $60,000 on real estate training courses and workshops.

The problem is, they had no local mentor, or group of investors they could turn to when they hit a snag in their business.  They were alone….and when the going gets tough, as it does in anything worth doing, being alone is no fun.

You see, almost all high performing executives and athletes have a support group around them -mentors, advisors, a trusted group of people who help push them higher and hold them accountable to doing what they say they are going to do.  In fact, most millionaires surveyed state that both a mastermind and working with a mentor were the things that they credit with the majority of their success.  The majority! Every investor needs a mastermind group and mentor.   Investing in real estate and striving for financial freedom is not any less challenging.

If masterminds and mentoring are so important, then why do so many real estate investors try to do it alone?  Part of the reason is that so many real estate training programs are taught by national speakers, who come into town one weekend to teach a course, and then they are gone.  Some of them will offer phone and email coaching, but those coaches aren’t local, and they can’t advise you on the local market.  

Another reason is that coaching and other support offered by the national trainers is often tens of thousands of dollars -way beyond the budget of most investors.

It’s for these reasons and more that Marcus and I decided to start our own mastermind group. A select group of investors who are not afraid to share their secrets and help others along the path to success. We also combined some elements of mentoring to the group, such as one-on -one calls and email support, to give you an added boost outside the group.  We wanted to provide as much value as possible, while making the group affordable to as many investors as possible.

Admission to the program is selective. We only have room for 15-20 people tops.  We are looking for those investors who are dedicated, take action people with a heart for helping others. Greetings, I am Marcus Hairston, a seasoned real estate investor in the DC, MD & VA (DMV) area. As a real estate investor, licensed contractor and licensed realtor with over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, management, renovation and sales of residential and commercial real estate. My passion is helping investors and homeowners find and renovate properties in an effort to stabilize neighborhoods and realize their dreams.

Having completed over 500+ real estate transactions totalling over 50 million dollars, I have been committed to providing affordable housing in the DC, MD and VA areas. This process has been exciting helping first time homebuyers realize their dreams and teaching investors how to properly renovate properties for both fix & flip and buy & hold to build generational wealth.

I have utilized my experience and some creative techniques to build a successful rental portfolio of single-family homes and apartments in a short period of time, however, my passion is fixing and flipping homes. Having flipped over 100+ homes throughout the DMV it has allowed me to build numerous relationships and help others achieve their goals and dreams.

As co-founder of Rehabber Pro I have coached numerous students, shared my knowledge, experience and educated other investors to successfully renovate houses and help them to build wealth by obtaining rental properties.

As a mentor and coach, I enjoy giving back and sharing my knowledge and passion for real estate. I provided consulting, mentoring and help others achieve their goals of financial freedom and wealth through investing in real estate.

Because this program is so personalized, admission is very limited.  We are only looking for self-motivated individuals who are committed to improving their real estate business. Admission to the program is by application only.

Great meetup. If you want to learn about parts of the rehab process for a better understanding of your own rehabs now or in the future, you need to be at some of these. The last meetup was about the scope of work, estimating, and lots of conversations about contractors that was very informative. Marcus and Michael definitely give out a ton of info. Lots of others like minding people there to learn and network with. I’ll be there again.
