Marcus Hairston is currently the CEO/Founder of Alliance Management Solutions, LLC (AMS, LLC), a Laurel, Maryland based real estate company consisting of three primary functions buying, selling and renovating residential and commercial properties. AMS, LLC uses a combination of creative strategies to acquire and sell residential and commercial real estate. Through our subsidiary Cash Flow Dealmakers, we focus on the selling of distressed and turn-key residential properties. In partnership with Affinity Construction, LLC which is a licensed construction company that Mr. Hairston launched in 2011, we renovate residential real estate for the purpose of selling these properties on the retail market.   Mr. Hairston has been buying, selling, managing and renovating property for the last 10 years. Mr. Hairston has completed over 80 transactions totaling over 20 million dollars in residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Hairston a graduate from Frostburg State University studied business with a focus on Marketing, Psychology and Economics. While attending Frostburg State University he spent two years working for Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) where he worked in marketing and information systems. Upon graduating Hairston was employed by Chevy Chase Bank, holding various management positions in the credit card and mortgage departments. Mr. Hairston has also worked at the International Monetary Fund where he was a contract manager of information technology in the print services division. Mr. Hairston found his passion in residential real estate. Mr. Hairston takes pride in helping investors to find investment properties and works with them to renovate these distressed properties in an effort to keep neighborhoods stabilized. Being an investor has helped Mr. Hairston in his ability to advise and assist others in completing successful renovation projects. Mr. Hairston is dedicated to helping both investors and homeowner realize their dreams.
