Greetings, I am Marcus Hairston, a seasoned real estate investor in the DC, MD & VA (DMV) area. As a real estate investor, licensed contractor and licensed realtor with over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, management, renovation and sales of residential and commercial real estate. My passion is helping investors and homeowners find and renovate properties in an effort to stabilize neighborhoods and realize their dreams.
Having completed over 500+ real estate transactions totaling over 50 million dollars, I have been committed to providing affordable housing in the DC, MD and VA areas. This process has been exciting helping first time home buyers realize their dreams and teaching investors how to properly renovate properties for both fix & flip and buy & hold to build generational wealth.
I have utilized my experience
and some creative techniques to build a successful rental portfolio of single-family homes and apartments in a short period of time, however, my passion is fixing and flipping homes and I wish to share this with others. Having flipped over 100+ homes throughout the DMV, it has allowed me to build numerous relationships and help others achieve their goals and dreams.

I have coached numerous students, shared my knowledge, experience and educated other investors to successfully renovate houses and help them to build wealth by obtaining rental properties.
